About Me

I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I enjoy supporting teens and adults in reaching their personal and mental health goals. I have a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and I am registered to serve clients in California.

We all deserve a safe, welcoming space to examine our values, emotions, and experiences. I aim to provide that space by affirming your identities, centering you as the expert on your life, emphasizing your strengths, and encouraging you to connect with others who understand you.

Humor, non-judgement, and a genuine curiosity about your experiences are the most important tools in my tool kit. I recognize that your cultural background, your social context, and the structural barriers you face are critical to your mental health. Whatever you have been through, whoever you are, every part of you is welcome here.

I work with teens and adults facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, body image issues, ADHD, chronic illness/disability, bullying, and more. I am passionate about providing gender affirming care and LGBTQIA+ affirming care to clients of all ages. I also work with neurodiverse clients of all ages on self esteem, understanding their unique needs and strengths, and helping clients find creative solutions to living the life they want.

I identify as trans, nonbinary, queer, and neurodivergent. I love animals and have a little black cat named Nova who runs my life. I enjoy video games, stand-up comedy, cooking, and hanging out in nature. My background is in anthropology and sociology, and these fields heavily influence my therapeutic work. I love to travel and experience new cultures, both at home and abroad!

A Note on Identity

I identify as trans, nonbinary, queer, and neurodivergent, parts of myself that deeply influence their connection to clients and their passion for affirming, identity-centered work.
